Jacada tailored a vacation to Switzerland for us that met all of our expectations and more. Our hotels were beautiful and centrally located, our guides and excursions were all amazing, and the logistics went off pretty much without a hitch. We would definitely book another trip with Jacada.

We had the most wonderful trip of our lives. Ines was an absolutely wonderful guide. She was extremely patient, thoughtful and very relatable. I am extremely thankful to her for caring for all our special circumstances such as my elderly parents, sister traveling from Japan and assisting with their testing needs, accompanying the younger girls during our spa time…there are so many other times when she was an incredible help. Our experience would not have been the same without her.
Rachel and Gilda with Jacada did a wonderful job planning and coordinating all our excursions. Our schedule turned out to be just perfect. We had such fun experiences every day and time for exploring on our own and taking breaks from the group. I’m so glad the accommodated an adjustment to our travel to change our second location It ended up being everyone’s favorite city! My husband and I loved it so much we speak of moving there when our kids are grown.
The planning of our trip was more difficult and complex because of covid testing, a more foreign land and including multiple other parties in our trip however it was more than worth all the small challenges. Thank you again for an unforgettable beautiful time.
Amazing! I would definitely book with Jacada again! The hotels, guides, experiences were top notch! We ventured from São Paulo to Iguazcu Falls and then to the Amazon. All accommodations were outstanding and the food was excellent! An epic trip - not to be missed.
We spent a week in Venice to celebrate our anniversary, and had to get from Venice to a river cruise leaving from Avignon. Jacada helped us choose destinations and tours along the way. All the hotels were top notch, and the tours were terrific, including medieval towns, wineries, and truffle hunting. At the end of the cruise Jacada also helped us with transfers and transportation to Paris. We couldn't be happier with everything Jacada arranged for us.
Definitely would recommend. Our whole trip to Italy was handled seamlessly and the activities that we're scheduled were all fantastic and extremely well guided. Basically didn't have to worry about anything the whole time and had great support when we had questions. Look forward to the next trip!

Our trip to Botswana was our 2nd trip done through Jacada and it was as well planned and full of excitement as our trip to Ecuador/Galapagos. All the lodges we stayed at were awesome and all the transfers between them were very smooth. Jody and Angela at Jacada were always very helpful and responsive in the planning stages and got me exactly what I wanted with this trip which was almost nonstop safari drives/wildlife experiences with very little extra time spent on transportation--no waiting around.

Our mother-daughter trip to Bali was amazing! Ellie and her colleagues did a great job of planning with us and the local guide and driver were outstanding. Of course Bali is beautiful and not to be missed!!

As usual Jacada did really well in organising our holiday. All the camps and wildlife was good and very comfortable. All the guides were very knowledgeable.
We just returned from a trip to Peru that was immaculately planned and put together by Jacada. Every portion of the trip was well organized, and each of our local guides was fantastic. I only have one small nitpick. Our trip included a four-day Inca Trail hike, a three day visit to the Peruvian Amazon, and multiple days in Lima and Cusco, so packing was a challenge — especially since we were also facing weight limitations on the Inca Trail and rainforest portions of the trip. I felt that Jacada could have been more helpful by providing a detailed packing list. The packing lists we received were very general and, only when we really pressed the question, did we get a more detailed list. There was also some inconsistency on what the weight limitations would be on the Inca Trail portion of the trip which caused a bit of confusion and stress. But overall, I’d like to emphasize that the trip was incredible.
Phenomenal experience! Jacada arranged an-8-day Kilimanjaro trek with a superb guide company, a stellar safari experience at two fly-in camps, and a luxurious Zanzibar beach resort to cap off an amazing adventure. First rate service, great hosts, and terrific, safe food. This vacation exceeded our expectations and we'll be back for more adventures.
We have a very good experience. It has been truly an adventure for me and my daughter embarking on this journey to Europe in the middle of pandemic, airline and airport chaos and the quarantine and negative PCR test result while coming back to HK. Jacada has helped us along the first part of the trip and has made it enjoyable as it always has.
We booked our Honeymoon to Greece through Jacada, visiting Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini. We had a fantastic time - the Jacada team of Kate and Marta were super insightful and responsive when planning the trip, taking our preferences into account but also providing recommendations based on their expert knowledge. It was extremely great to have all the logistics sorted out for us and go so smoothly - drivers, tour-guides, and transfers all lined up perfectly. The trip was so beautiful from delicious wine tastings to gorgeous sunset boat cruises. We would definitely recommended Jacada for a luxury and frictionless travel experience!
Every detail was thought through and planned out fully. We had an airport greeter to safely take us to our beautiful villa, private chef services a few nights, excursions, provisions set up in the villa upon arrival, restaurant & spa reservations booked, dietary preferences and special foods noted in the restaurant, and a boat charter. The pre-planning was very detailed with meals, beverages, wines, activities and everything went just as planned. Even details, such as what to pack, how to tip, phrases in the country's language, suggested excursions were sent to us in a lovely booklet prior to departure.
Upon getting home form the vacation a follow up email and call were made on Jacada's behalf to check up on how they did and rate their service.
This company is more than a 5-star travel concierge service - they have been exceptional with many of our out-of-country vacations and we will use them again for our family travels.

From the start, Murray was able to understand the type of travel we like to do and put together a plan for 2 weeks in Greece that we didn’t even need to modify! He understood exactly what we were looking for. The hotels were cozy and very friendly where we felt like family at them all. The guides selected for our excursions were knowledgeable, personable, flexible and fun which made the days very memorable. Jacada was also so flexible with my husband’s surgery that occurred, unexpectedly, right before the trip with helping find physical therapists, adjust some of the travel arrangements, etc. I also appreciated the attention we received from all the Jacada staff along the way when things would come up. Overall, they removed the stress that usually goes with a trip like this with multiple stops, hotels, plans by just taking the guesswork out! We KNEW we were taken care of and Jacada had thought of everything! Will recommend to other travelers and would definitely use their services again in the future:)
We had a wonderful experience for the most part. There was a lack of communication between Jacada and the ground contact group re: dinner reservations for a couple of nights. They were not aware of our reservations so unable to help us when we were in a pinch. Murray and Alice were very responsive when this happened and reimbursed us for a dinner the following night to compensate for the inconvenience. We were happy with the outcome.
The tours and hotels were amazing! The drivers all showed up on time and were helpful and friendly. Overall it was an amazing trip for us.

We recently returned from a magical trip to Greece that was thoughtfully planned with the guidance of Alice and Murray at Jacada travel. The logistics of our trip which spanned hiking, to chartering a boat, to relaxing in a spectacular spot in Santorini were smoothly coordinated - seamless! We went with Jacada to plan our honeymoon and they did a phenomenal job. From the initial planning process to last-minute changes when we were in-country they were professional, efficient, and on-top-of everything.
With British Airways cancelling all flights in South Africa while we were there, our flight was cancelled. Before we were even made aware of this from BA, Jacada contacted us and had an alternate flight lined up! Additionally, when we had an activity cancelled in Zimbabwe, they had many helpful suggestions for replacements and booked something at the last minute. Could not recommend Jacada more highly! We will definitely be working with them on future trips.
We have used Jacada Travel three times now and plan to use their services many more times for future travel. We just returned from a Croatia trip we planned with them and as expected and as was with our previous trips (Argentina, Chile and now Croatia) everything was in place for us as planned. It was terrific! Every step of the way brought joy. The staff people were all service-oriented, and the guides were attentive and knowledgeable. We want to specially acknowledge Edgar from Cusco and Pavel from Titilaka.
The highlights of the trip were the surprises, like the nature walks at the Inkaterra Machu Pichhu, the gardens at Sol y Luna, the amazing Inca stone foundations all over Cusco, and the Stone Forest Pavel assured we saw on our way to Arequipa and our flight back to Lima after Lake Titicaca.
Even the closed airport at Juliaca had its positives, because we saw so much on our long drives to and from Lake Titicaca.
Travel days can be stressful, but your arrangements made them stress free so we could enjoy the trip straight through.

My husband and I wanted to take a moment to sing the praises of both Jody and Tamara for all their support in helping us plan our recent family vacation to Kenya. We have two little boys 7 and 4 and we quickly learned this would be a big undertaking for us and we could use the support of some professionals. They left no stone unturned and thought of every single detail for us as a family, individuals and for our kids. Every expectation was exceeded at every turn in our journey and we can't thank them enough. I booked a trip to Croatia with Jacada and it exceeded my expectations on all levels. Travel coordinator, Melania Siriu and concierge agent, Marta Silva planned a wonderful trip that hit all the highlighted towns along the coast from north to south while incorporating day trips to lesser known villages and towns. The boat trip hopping from Split to Havr and then Hvar to Debrovnik which included island stops in between was definitely a highlight. The trip was a mix of activities including visiting 3 national parks, a bike ride, a hike and walking tours of each town while having laid back days to lounge, swim and explore on my own. Every detail was planned and well organized including the transfers from one town to the other as well as the excursions. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable. Being a solo tourist, I was able to have conversations with the tour guides, learn about the history and architecture, ask questions about their lives and life in Croatia. I felt well taken care of and I didn't have to think of anything as all was already accounted for in the itinerary. It was a wonderfully fulfilling experience that I will remember and feel eager to take a return trip.
This was our first major trip coming out of the pandemic and we could not have been happier with our experience with Jacada. Jacada planned for our adult family a trip of a lifetime to Africa! From stepping off our flight to waving goodbye after security they assisted us in every way. The Lodges, Hotels and Camps the Jacada representative Jody helped us select were over the top, beyond our expectations. We started and ended in SA with the bulk of our trip on safari in Botswana, and on to Zambia. The guides Jody arranged did an amazing job sharing their information about history, culture, animals and environment. Our connections among locations was seamless. We were assisted with restaurant choices in SA and all were fabulous, with local and international cuisine. We were very comfortable with Covid precautions on this trip. Jacada Travel has consistently offered excellent travel destination options with personal customization available. The two people we worked with, Kate and Marta, were knowledgable about the area we were traveling (Scotland), places to visit, stay at and dine. Their expert recommendations were never wrong. Both of them listened to our family wishes and needs, adjusted our trip easily to these, and even offered ideas we had not previously thought of!
They even took the time to have a few travel gifts and cards waiting for us at many of our destinations.

Our Jacada trip to London, Bath, Paris, Normandy and Champagne was amazing! Kate and Marta planned everything for us .. it was fun, we hit all the highlights, had time for some off the beaten path excursions and it was stress free.
I was impressed by the accommodations. All of the rooms were large with comfortable, roomy beds. The staff at the hotels were very accommodating and friendly. Having breakfast included was a plus.
Our guides were knowledgeable and quickly learned what we enjoyed. Each catered to our requests and the things that were of interest to us.
Normandy and Champagne were the highlights of our tour.
We will definitely be back for another Jacada trip!
We recently traveled to Peru on our first trip with Jacada, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We originally booked this vacation in 2019 for travel in May 2020 and had to delay it several times due to covid closures and restrictions. Finally traveling in May 2022, after 3 years of planning and anticipation, it was a dream come true! Jacada, as well as all of their partners and guides, made us feel so well-cared-for throughout the entire trip. They kindly answered our many questions throughout the planning process; then from the moment they met us at the airport, until our departing flight to return home, they took care of us every step of the way. Our guide, Max, constantly looked for ways to personalize our vacation (particularly when showing us around his home town of Ollantaytambo - a must-see!) and to get us the best seats, the best views, the best photos, the best shops . . . you get the idea! We felt like we had a friend showing us around the country, and there were lots of special surprises and personal touches to delight us throughout the trip! Also, the cadence of activities was perfect - active, seeing everything we wanted to see, but at a relaxed pace. We could take our time to enjoy everything and truly felt like we were on vacation. We wouldn't change one thing about our experience. Our memories of 10 perfect days in Peru will last a lifetime! We can't wait to plan our next vacation with Jacada!
Our recent trip to Costa Rica was our first experience booking with Jacada Travel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We were first contacted by David to customize our trip and the Jacada team worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with the itinerary. My husband and I enjoyed our trip so much. This was our first time using a travel agency and it was the perfect decision for our honeymoon to Peru. Thoughtful & passionate guides all week and wonderful hotel recommendations & upgrades.
I felt completely cared for, never having to worry about how we'd get from point A to point B, never needing to confirm reservations or let hotels know when we would arrive. Such a luxury to have constant support for a busy itinerary involving internal flights, driving, entrance tickets, permits, etc.
The trip planning process was just as seamless. David & Berni honored all of our requests, communicated often before & after the trip, and even set up a few bonus surprises while we were away.
