Jacada did an amazing job putting together a customized, diverse itinerary for us. They made some recommendations that were outside the traditional tourist routes which gave us the perfect opportunity to really get to know the country and people. Just returned from incredible Belize trip. Jacada took care of every little detail. I told them what I enjoyed and they chose the most amazing places, with wonderful excursions for the entire trip. Jacada planned a glorious 11-day trip to northern India--and kept us safe and healthy! We are in our 70s, and unafraid to travel with Jacada.
(Jacada also took us on a marvelous trip to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos a year ago.)
First, we had an unimaginably excellent India guide--Mangit. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, and funny. I use a cane and walk poorly, and he took great care of me and my companion, who also has arthritis.
Our driver Shankar was also lovely. He was a skilled driver and a gentleman besides.
We visited Agra (the Taj Mahal), Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur and saw beautiful temples and forts, as well as the arts and crafts (marbles, jewelry, carpets, textiles, and wooden carvings).
We loved our first class accommodations. OMG, they were beautiful, all with superb restaurants!
I will always recommend Jacada to anybody planning an adventuresome trip.
Everything about our trip to Australia from start to finish was perfect! I can’t thank Jacada, and specifically, Leanne, enough! She planned an absolutely amazing 2 week itinerary for us and customized the trip based on our preferences. Being able to just enjoy all of the experiences, and not having to worry about the logistics was priceless. I honestly have nothing but great things to say! Jacada arranged a 50th birthday celebration for my wife (and me) in Morocco. Truly a once in a lifetime experience, with outstanding experiences, attention to detail and service across the board. Another spectacular trip with Jacada! My family and I went to Guatemala and Belize over Christmas and New Year’s. The trip was planned perfectly! We spent a week in Guatemala where we hiked Pacaya Volcano near Antigua, enjoyed Christmas festivities in Lake Atitlan, and walked the Mayan ruins in Tikal. Next we crossed the border and spent the week relaxing in San Pedro where we ushered in the New Year and enjoyed the beautiful beaches, food, and people. Once again Lily (travel planner) and Melanie (concierge) did NOT disappoint! We’re still smiling ear to ear and looking forward to our next Jacada adventure!
Jacada takes care of every detail from start to finish so we are able to show up and focus on enjoying our trip without having to worry about any of the details. From the moment we stepped off the plane we were met and taken through expedited security, picked up by our pilot and taken on a short flight to our first destination. We had someone with us the entire time that knew where we were going, how we were getting there and what we needed to do. We felt very taken care of, which allowed us to sit back and enjoy each of our stops along our journey. This is the second time I've used Jacada to travel to Africa and both experiences were perfect. They pick excellent accommodations, the camps they work with are eco-friendly and very focused on supporting local communities, and every logistic from arrival to departure is perfectly planned. I would use them again and again!
We had an extraordinary family trip of 5 to New Zealand and Bora Bora. Keith designed this trip with the utmost attention to detail and care. We were traveling with 3 college students and are strict vegetarians. Keith was patient and very accommodating with our activities and meal selection. He also was able to help with last minute changes and minimize any conflicts. Jacada exceeded our expectations in professionalism, understanding our needs, being very receptive to changes, and maintaining a consistent high level of communication. Keith was particularly helpful in organizing first-class transfer companies who greeted us at the airport and provided safe travel to our hotels especially at 2 am in the morning. We plan to use Jacada again as they are masters in planning safe, memorable and efficiently executed trips.
Fabulous family trip to Australia! Our time there was limited, so it was important to us that our days were planned and organized. They are a full service travel company; they planned all hotel stays (that were most lovely); all in-country flights; private guides and all excursions; and even some meals! I wanted to discover Patagonia and Jacada put together a great 20-day itinerary for me that included Chile (Santiago and Torres del Paine) and Argentina (El Calafate, Chalten, Ushuaia and Buenos Aires). All of the activities suggested by Jacada turned out to be great experiences, the hotels and restaurants were excellent and the travel logistics went without a hitch. I will always treasure the memories from this once-in-a-lifetime trip!

I happened to find Jacada Travel while looking online. I was a bit skeptical at first as I had never heard of them but was put at ease instantly. Lily did an amazing job at putting together a trip for 10 people to Costa Rica. She really listened to what we were looking for, what we wanted to do, and our budget. She responded quickly and made sure she answered all our questions.
Berni came on after we booked our trip and was amazing helping with all our last minute requests (which we had several of). She made sure to put that extra special touch on our trip and even sent the three kids traveling with us gifts to open on Christmas morning.
The hotels that Lily found were unique and not just your resort type. We were taken care of with the excursions and the transportation and never had to worry about anything.

What a delight it was planning our trip but it was even more delightful taking it. We visited Chile (wine country and Patagonia) and Antarctica. Everything was better than we we imagined. Went to Vietnam guides were awesome , very flexible and tailored the tour to our needs superbly. Hotels were something to behold. Couldn’t fault the experience and would recommend this tour to anyone.
The entire trip was planned by Leanne and Gilda and every detail was taken with great care. We would not have experienced many of the adventures had it not been for their keen knowledge of Thailand.
Every host/guide we had were very warm, knowledgeable about their particular area. All were very kind and thoughtful, some were very funny.
We especially enjoyed Bella’s company in Bangkok where she took us to the Maeklong market, a floating market, the coconut sugar factory, the temples in Bangkok as well as Chinatown street food tour. She was simply awesome!
Chiangmai was more of a countryside with exciting tuktuk driving and river rafting along with a trek in Chiang Do. The trek was challenging but very rewarding. We met local artisans who weave gorgeous bags and trinkets. I wish I had known they were selling them, I didn’t bring enough Baht and there was no Venmo. Please take Bahts with you if you visit Chiang Do, the weaving is simply divine.
Then we hit Koh Samui where everyday was massages and beaches. Perfect ending to a wonderful vacation.

My husband and I worked with Jacada Travel's very knowledgeable travel agent to have 8 days in Argentina, and we found a perfect itinerary within our budget. Our tour guides were excellent and the drivers were always prompt, handled our heavy luggage and navigated the traffic with skill. We visited Buenos Aries, Iguazu Falls, and the Pampas. Our tour provided us with incredible experiences. Our guides were indispensable in helping us deal with the Argentine peso and airplane flights on crowded holidays. Jacada arranged an extensive private tour for my wife and me in November (2022), visiting Brazil, Argentina and Chile. The entire trip took 3 weeks, starting with 3 nights in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, 2 nights at the Iguazu Falls, 3 nights in Buenos Aires, then a week in Patagonia followed by a week in and around Santiago in Chile. It was impressive that for such an extensive trip all the arrangements went very smoothly. Jacada booked excellent hotels for us, and very good seats on the many internal flights. Our guides were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. With hindsight, I wish we had educated ourselves a bit more before traveling, so that we could have given our guides better information about what we would like to see at the various locations we visited.
Personalized itinerary and attention to detail were superb. Everyone we interacted with was charming, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive. We felt spoiled and pampered during the entire trip.
