A special shoutout to our Iceland crew who truly went out of their to address a minor scheduling issue at the beginning of the trip. Mistakes happen, but with their expertise and professionalism, they more than made up for the error and allowed my parents to have the trip of a lifetime.
Secondly, my parents have some pretty strict dietary restrictions. Jacada did an amazing job catering to these needs and letting my parents still feel like they are welcomed in Iceland.
In our opinion, the $20k bill was WORTH IT and we've recommended the service to our friends and business connections.

Our travel designer Murray Mitchell was nothing short of fantastic. He took the time to hear what we had envisioned for our honeymoon, curated a couple of itinerary options and we continued working with him to fine tune the trip. When travelling to a country like Greece, there is a lot of logistics involved and everything went smoothly; from the activity transfers, ferry bookings and private excursions. Planning my daughter and my adventure with Berni and Jen was easy and fun. We outlined the key things we wanted to do and they put it all together. Throughout our holiday, we enjoyed ziplining, nature walks and sloth searches, traversed the hanging bridges, hiked to waterfalls, rafted into and out of our amazing lodge in the rainforest and were able to experience Pura Vida! The people, food and itinerary were fantastic. The lodging experiences were out of this world - Tabacon Hot Springs, El Silencio in the Cloud Forest and Pacuare Lodge. WOW! I would highly recommend using Jacada to plan your next vacation. This is third planned trip with them (Morocco, Costa Rica and Australia) and it was top notch.

From pre-planning to execution and everything in between, Jacada and its team of professionals absolutely CRUSHED IT!! Brilliant itinerary, pace, accommodations, guides, sights, sounds, cuisine—everything! I am still in awe. It was one giant pinch-me moment as we made our way from Cape Town to Sabi Sands private game reserve to Pretoria where we boarded Rovos Rail for a truly exceptional 4-night/5-day adventure to Victoria Falls where we stayed in a tree house on the Zambezi River! Jacada made our trip planning and execution so easy and enjoyable. Our travel consultant (Hanna Fischer) was wonderful to deal with and made great suggestions for the trip. Then the travel concierge (Alice Cosso) took over and helped with restaurant and other arrangements, including some minor changes to the itinerary. Every arrangement on our trip--drivers, guides, etc.--went smoothly and all were very professional, courteous and entertaining. The hotels were all great. We were particularly pleased when one excursion we had planned needed to be cancelled due to weather and at the last minute their "on the ground" team was able to substitute a winery tour for us that was one of the highlights of our trip. We will definitely plan on using Jacada again for future travel.

They ensured that everything we already knew we wanted to do was included in our trip and helped to add some really special experiences and places that were not already on our radar. The entire trip was wonderful from beginning the planning with James, to booking dinners with Angela, to the on the ground support from Simone. The guidance and recommendations from James and Angela were spot on for our interests and tastes, and everywhere we stayed was absolutely beautiful! For a 3 week trip with many flights, destinations, and experiences, it was absolutely seamless. Africa has won our hearts and we will not hesitate to use Jacada and James for our next trip! This is the third vacation we’ve taken using Jacada Travel and they continue to deliver outstanding results. The itinerary is customized to reflect our interests, preferences and budget. Overall experience was great, from planning, preparation and actual trip itself. It was an "extended" planning period because of covid but we were kept up to date on latest health and immigration requirements, which helped address our concerns/anxiety. Our "Cherry Blossoms" trip to Jeju, Busan and Seoul (finally, after waiting 2 years) was great. Excellent service during the trip - our private guides were genuinely friendly, super attentive to our needs and flexible in managing every situation (e.g., needed emergency eye drop, provided alternative site visit to adjust to our preference), treated us with respect and care. The schedule/timing was spot on, and all the selected hotels/locations/activities exceeded our expectations. We ended our trip with such great experience and great memories of the country and people of S Korea, thanks to Jacada.

From the first contact to the last day the trip was smooth and seamless. Our Agent Dan our concierge Alice and our very knowledgable guides and hosts made the trip so very enjoyable. Everything Jacada had arranged for us was exactly the kind of thing we were interested in. The Alhambra, Ubada/Beaza, Cordoba, Ronda, Jerez and one of the unexpected highlights The Fiera in Seville.Our drivers were on time and the accomadation delightful. This was our first time using a travel agent and it was a great experience! Our local guide in Bali, Nyoman, was fantastic! He provided so much historical knowledge and was very funny. The drive was also incredible (which was a huge plus because my husband is prone to motion sickness.

Jacada's team did a great job making sure our trip to Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende was seamless. Their guides Amalia and Jaime were very knowledgeable, energetic and added stops to our itinerary that enhanced the experience. Working with the Jacada agents was also seamless. They are very responsive and were willing to be flexible to ensure our satisfaction. It is a luxury tour operator and our trip was indeed very luxurious.
