My love of travel started early. At the age of eight I went on a magical six-week trip to Colombia. I’ll never forget getting a piggyback from an indigenous man across a river in the Amazon and playing freely with the local kids. That experience sparked a lifelong desire to dive deep into cultures and connect with people worldwide.
I took the plunge on my own grand adventure at 21, backpacking around the globe and spending a brilliant stretch exploring the natural beauty of Australia and New Zealand. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to explore countless corners of the world such as China, Thailand, Japan, Fiji, Patagonia, Peru, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Sri Lanka, Maldives and so much more. Now, as a mum of two, the greatest gift is watching my children discover the world through their beautiful eyes.

My most memorable trip
New Zealand
I’ve been fortunate to have visited the country three times and my most recent trip was seriously amazing! I was stargazing under the clearest South Island skies and tackling different hiking trails, all after zooming through the Shotover River in Queenstown. We self-drove everywhere, enjoyed some truly delicious food paired with regional wine and got a fantastic taste of the Māori culture.
Bhutan is a top destination for me
Bhutan
The serene and breathtaking Himalayan landscapes are a big draw, but so is the chance to experience authentic Buddhist culture and learn about everyday life. I really value the country's strong stance on sustainable tourism. After all, who wouldn’t want to visit the world’s only carbon-negative country?

My favourite trip
Borneo Family Adventure
This trip is for everyone! I love that it takes in different areas of Borneo, maximising the opportunity to see wildlife like Orangutans, clouded leopards, Sumatran rhinos, elephants and hundreds of bird species. Finish off with relaxation on the white sanded beaches of Kudat.

My favourite hotel
Lindis Lodge
Lindis Lodge is my favourite lodge due to its unique, remote location that offers incredible views of the mountains and Ahuriri Valley right from the room. When I was here, the experience was elevated by the outstanding food and personalised service, perfectly complemented by the fantastic onsite adventure activities that made my stay there an unforgettable experience.
