Hotel Royal Hoi An

On the banks of the Thu Bon River, the Hotel Royal Hoi An blends modernity and touches of Hoi An’s history to create a unique charm.

119 rooms and four suites take stylistic inspiration from Art Nouveau, Japanese and Vietnamese cultures. All are at least 40 square metres (431 square feet), with full size bathtubs, rain showers and views out across the river or Hoi An skyline. Many have a private balcony.

There are two dining options – the Faifo Cafe which serves creative Asian and European flavours made from fresh Vietnamese produce, and Wa Ka Ku, a sushi restaurant inspired by the marriage between a Japanese merchant and a Vietnamese princess.

There’s also a bar, spa and riverside swimming pool.
