Akademie Street Boutique Hotel and Guest House encompasses six rooms in five unique buildings all situated on the same beautiful property in a quiet area of Franschhoek in the gorgeous Winelands. This collection offers a personal service that only a very small, family-owned and managed, five-star, luxury guest house and boutique hotel can give. From this retreat, you can stroll to the village centre and explore its famous restaurants at leisure; a great base to enjoy when visiting this beautiful part of the country.

There are three guest cottages, each with its own private pool surrounded by the garden’s rambling hedges and trees; the feel is as intimate outside as it is within the houses themselves. There are also three suites: two in the Cape-Dutch style main house and one in a free-standing building adjacent to this. These suites share a large solar-heated pool. All have been decorated with an appealing mix of antique and contemporary furnishings.
