Sitting on the edge of the canal bank which feeds into the magnificent Inle Lake, View Point Eco Lodge boasts awesome scenic surrounds. Overlooking the region’s highest mountain, with canal views on one side and rice paddies on the other, you will not be short of natural splendour here.

During your time at View Point you can explore the lake’s gems on mountain bike excursions and horse riding tours. Then, get a taste of real local life in the village of Nyaung Shwe just a short walk away.

Blending traditional Shan design with contemporary comforts, the lodge’s twenty cottage suites create a unique and harmonious setting. Whilst the accommodation is made from local limestone, mud and rice straw, modern bathrooms, private balconies, living rooms and amenities such as Wi-Fi are all provided. The two on-site restaurants, with their delightful vistas and hospitable staff, offer local and continental cuisine.
