    Kenyan Coast

    Sirai Beach

A chicly modern piece of architecture infused with influence from the Kenyan coast.

The main house is arranged around a beautiful open veranda that captures the gentle breeze at is rolls in across the surf with a sweeping view of the infinity pool and the sparkling ocean beyond framed by plump baobab trees. Downstairs find sprawling living areas, kitchens and dining areas, and from the atrium a grand staircase leads up to the master suite which stretches out across the entire first floor with its own sitting room, fabulous bathroom and two covered terraces connected by an elevated veranda.

Five further suites are found in cottages either side of the main house, each featuring a large bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower, private roof terrace and veranda leading on to the gardens.

In the main kitchen, Head Chef Thoya will create dishes to suit your specific tastes with locally sourced ingredients and line-caught fish plucked straight from the ocean. The dining room is a light and airy space during daylight hours and atmospheric at night, plus there are some fine al fresco options. Sirai Beach also has an exceptionally well stocked wine cellar with premium wines are available to purchase if you wish to complement the house selection.

There’s a colourful kaleidoscope of coral and tropical fish waiting to be discovered while snorkeling in the clear Indian Ocean and you can also explore the tropical waters by glass-bottomed kayak or paddle board. Scuba, deep sea fishing, sailing, kite surfing, wake boarding, water skiing, jet skiing and wind surfing can be enjoyed from a small beach just a stone’s throw away. Dhow cruises are another classic way to discover the coast and you can gain an insight into the local culture with visits to Kilifi’s vibrant market.
