Classic Italy

For a country full of impossibly pretty and romantic cities, Venice, Florence and Rome perhaps win a hard fought battle as Italy’s most iconic.

This ten day luxury tour splits its nights evenly between the historic triumvirate, beginning in the Venetian Lagoon. Be introduced to Serenissima with a privately guided walking tour of St. Mark’s Square and the Doge’s Palace before an unforgettable gondola ride through Venice’s maze of canals.

On your third day, boat to three famous islands, each with its own character and history; Murano and its fine glassmaking, Burano’s brightly coloured fishermen’s houses and rural Torcello, the first island to be inhabited by the Veneti.

Next, take a train south to terracotta Florence and envelop yourself in its Renaissance masterpieces such as Michelangelo’s ‘David’, Brunelleschi’s great Duomo and the bustling Piazza della Signoria. Based in the city, head out into the surrounding Tuscan countryside to discover the beautiful Chianti region and its renowned wines, and explore rustic Medieval towns such as spectacular Siena.

Then head via Orvieto along a road that leads to Rome, Italy’s capital and largest city. First get your bearings aboard a vintage Vespa through cobbled streets, then visit the vibrant Campo de’ Fiori market to shop for ingredients with a local culinary expert before a private cooking lesson of regional specialities.

Uncover the ancient past on a walking tour from the Roman Forum along the Via Sacra up the Palatine Hill. You’ll see the magnificent Colosseum and astounding Pantheon, two of the greatest works of Roman architecture and Roman engineering, and find Rome’s other jewels such as the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Spend your final afternoon in the Vatican City, touring the museum, Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel and grand St. Peter’s Basilica.

Sydney, Uluru and the Great Barrier Reef

Discover three of Australia’s must-sees in style on this ten-day trip, starting in the fabulous city of Sydney before heading to the Red Centre to see Uluru and a final blissful few days on a remote island surrounded by the Great Barrier Reef.

Begin with three nights under the iconic skyline of Sydney, a wonderfully vibrant and welcoming city that is the perfect introduction to Australia. Here, you’ll cruise through the harbour aboard a private motorboat for the best views of the Opera House and bridge before dipping your toes in the waters of Bondi Beach. You’ll also venture into the spectacular Blue Mountains behind the city and meet some of the country’s favourite animals at a wildlife sanctuary.

Next, fly to very middle of the country, a deeply spiritual and wild place, for two nights of luxury in the shadow of red Uluru. You’ll get to hike through the bush, dine on celebrated cuisine and Australian wine, discover cave paintings and gain an insight into the cultural significance of this vivid landscape.

Then, after a night in Cairns, fly out to Lizard Island on the northernmost tip of Great Barrier Reef, a national park shared only with a research station. Relax on one of 24 beaches, snorkel on the famous reef, sail to neighbouring islands aboard a catamaran or explore the interior on nature trails. Whether you’re after a romantic getaway or Cousteau-inspired marine adventure, one could not hope to be in a better place.

Classic India

Discover India’s most popular cities – Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, otherwise known as the ‘Golden Triangle’ – along with Varanasi, the spiritual heart of India, and the beautiful city of lakes, Udaipur.

This is a wholesome cultural journey where you’ll not only see all the highlights with a private guide, but also get a unique insight into life here by meeting a warm and welcoming roster of locals with some exclusive experiences.

Begin by meeting your very own personal guide who will accompany you for the duration of your adventure, then spend two nights in India’s amiable capital, Delhi. You’ll explore both the jumbled old town and grand architecture of New Delhi, as well seeing the stunning medieval Qutb Minar and Humayun’s Tomb.

Next fly to Varanasi for two nights on the banks of the Ganges in this most holy of cities. Here, witness ancient religious ceremonies on the famous stepped ghats on serene boat trips, be shown the winding back alleys by a local, and visit nearby Sarnath, the site of Buddha’ first sermon.

Fly back west to Agra, home of the iconic Taj Mahal, seeing this perennial testament to love at its most picturesque times – sunrise and sunset. You’ll also visit the imposing Agra Fort, then drive via the deserted Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur.

Spend three nights here in Rajasthan’s pink capital, a vibrant place home to a collection of India’s most majestic palaces and atmospheric relics. See the famous Amber Fort, the astronomical oddities of Jantar Mantar and learn all about intricate crafts from artisans at the bazaar.

Finally, end your trip with two nights in Udaipur, a scenic little city of palaces surrounded by the Aravalli Hills. As well as seeing Udaipur’s highlights, you’ll be shown around a food and spice market by a resident before a home cooking class.
