I was trying to find a tour company that listens and fits my travel needs. Jacada did just that! We loved our trip to Chile, it was exactly what we wanted. "Off the beaten path" was delivered. The properties were all perfect - the rooms, food and excursions- also transportation and flights. We always felt well taken care of!
We have just returned from Egypt and Dubai, marking our sixth vacation with Jacada and our first one to Africa and the Middle East. We return to Jacada time and again, due to their long-term track record for creating amazing trips, full of surprises and opportunities that you could not encounter on your own. From conception to completion, their thoroughness and organization is evident in the seamless execution of every moment and every aspect of travel. Accommodations, meals, guides and transportation are top notch. Furthermore, steps are taken to ensure a depth of travel experience. For example, on this trip, Jacada arranged for us to meet with a university professor on our first night in Cairo, who presented a fun and interactive overview of Egyptian history. This was an invaluable reference point that allowed us to quickly understand and tie together all of the amazing sites we were to visit later in the trip. Furthermore, with their careful planning and strong relationships with local tour operators, Jacada made us feel well informed and safe in an unfamiliar part of the world. Finally, when world events required us to adjust our travel route home, Jacada, and it’s affiliates, we’re quick to pivot with the changes and with their suggestions and expertise kept the trip relaxing and magical to the very end. There is no doubt that we will be using Jacada for our future travel- the only challenge will be with all the wonderful places they can take us, which one will we pick next!

The itinerary put together by the travel team at Jacada couldn’t have been better! For our first trip to Tanzania, we wanted to have as many experiences as possible so we could really get a feel of life (and wildlife) there. The team put together a fantastic plan including Kilimanjaro, Ngorogoro Caldera, Northern and Southern Serengeti and a final stop at ChemChem! Each place had its own unique features, highly knowledgeable guides, and the accommodations were simply perfect! We loved the route they planned for us, each one building on the other - we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Jacada!

Our Jacada travel advisor Jack Bedford, curated an adventure of a lifetime for us through Egypt and Jordan! His extensive knowledge of the region allowed him to tailor an itinerary that exceeded our expectations, and was executed without a glitch! Every detail was accounted for, and the level of in-country guides, drivers, etc. assigned to us were superb. This was our second vacation with Jacada and we are already dreaming of our third!
Our trip to Costa Rica was truely amazing. James and Carlos put together an great itinerary over our 2 week trip, with our input and requests all met and exceeded.
All pick ups and transports were seamless and well coordinated. The various hotels and resorts were beautiful and each one unique. We arranged private guided excursions, many of them nature walks. We saw over 100 species of birds, plus many mammals and reptiles. The forests and jungle areas were superb and pristine. Our coffee plantation tour was great as well.
There were many extras that Jacada arranged for us including wine in the room, and a romantic dinner riverside with a bonfire just for us.
There was also an in country Concierge Michael available by WhatsApp who was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.
We highly recommend Jacada Travel, and will definitely use them again for our next big trip.

Hello the itinerary was great and so were the guides.In Panama the hotel room was very small but we managed.

Lily & Melanie helped us plan our honeymoon in Costa Rica and they did an amazing job! Everything went great on the trip. The detailed planning by Charles, with Jacada, was very helpful, from the pick up at customs in Costa Rica to the transfers between resorts and everything in between.
First, the country of Thailand is beautiful and the people are amazing. I would highly recommend visiting Thailand to anyone. Second, Jacada made it amazing. We worked with Taylor and Rahma to plan the trip, and then we had Benjy (Chiang Mai) and Ning (Bangkok). All were exceptional. They asked questions, listened to our feedback, and built a trip and experience that felt very bespoke to our family. It was white glove service every step of the way. The accommodations and experiences they booked for us were also top notch. Highly recommend Jacada, and these four wonderful women if you are planning on visiting Thailand in particular.

They planned a terrific trip. We did so much from a Medellin neighborhood tour to mountain horseback riding without one setback. We had so many parts but it all ran together so smoothly. I was able to relax amongst the complex travel.

Guides selected were amazing. They treated us as friends more than customers with many stories to tell. During our tours, Jacada arranged for every meal and drinks and breaks. We didn't have to pay anything while we were with them. Personal shopping excluded of course.
Hotels were fantastic at each location and the concierge and staff knew you. We felt like we got special attention at every hotel.
Transportation- all modes of transportation were private and top vehicles. Trains, Metros and cabs that they arranged were all part of the cost and we didn't pay out of pocket.
They pick you up from the airport, but they also check you in at each location and make sure you get to the departure section. They helped with luggage and everything else. We had three flights and they stayed with us and helped until we got to the departure lounge.
We just had to show up and enjoy the first class vacation.
They left personalized notes at most of our hotel rooms.
They arranged for a great surprise that we will remember for years to come. It still humbles our heart and brings tears of joy to us. This surprise has been a nonstop topic for us as family.

If I could give them ten stars I would. We were cared for extremely well and the trip fit our families needs perfectly. Every guide was attentive and respectful of our abilities. Their knowledge of their cities was thorough and if they couldn’t answer a question, they always found out and let us know!

This was my first time working with Jacada, but it won't be my last! From beginning to end, they were incredible. I felt cared for right from the beginning, when I met my AMAZING travel designer, Demi R. She is knowledgeable about the areas that she designs for, she's super friendly and fun, but most importantly, she really listens to your concerns. My elderly mother and I were traveling together, and both of us have some physical restrictions. Demi was able to not only advise on the best place to visit based on those but also cater to us with specifically planned activities that worked for us. We ended up in Guatemala, which I had never considered before, but now has a piece of my heart. I'm extremely pleased with my entire Jacada experience!

Charles and Annabel worked hard to make a very personalized trip for us to go to Antartica with incredible stops along the way. We had an incredible time in wine country before heading onto a phenomenal ship to tour Antartica. Charles provided very good guidance with our activities and maximize our days with little off the beaten path extras. He is extremely knowledgeable about South America and his experience shined thru with the little details in this trip. Jacada is a great company to work with. Their travel agents are knowledgeable and listen to what you want and what you are looking for.
The hotels were great, the activities were awesome and food was wonderful We had one transfer that was late and one guide that was not as great as the other which caused the 4 stars.
We just came back from an amazing trip to Egypt where we felt like VIP clients thanks to Jacada's amazing organization and warm and attentive personnel in place (local hosts and guides). If you have the opportunity, do not miss out on the Historia boat Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor, which was certainly one of the many highlights of our trip. We had wonderful trip to Iceland organized by James and Alice. Every detail was planned with such care and we completely relaxed and enjoyed the experience. He planned and booked our African safari and island honeymoon, and from start to finish he exceeded every expectation. Our trip to Oman and UAE was a bucket list adventure of a lifetime! Made extra special by the wonderful planning and attention to SO many details by Rosie Beckford and Rita Pinto. Oman is such a beautiful country. Full of warm, kind, beautiful people and so many wonderful adventures (wadi swims, snorkeling, Via Ferrata, canyon edge hikes, paragliding, ultralights, hot air balloon over the sand dunes) and breathtaking nature and landscapes. Rosie and Rita saw to us having an amazing Formula One experience in Abu Dhabi also! Our room was truly spectacular and a great place to watch the race overlooking the Yaz Marina! AND they organized my sky dive over the Palm Jumerah, and sunset from a top the Burj Khalifa. Can’t recommend Jacada enough. This was our fourth trip planned by Jacada, they’re so amazing and thoughtful and attentive to your every wish and desire. They’ll go above and beyond. Thank you Rosie and Rita for everything you did to make our Oman/UAE trip so special :)

Jacada "checked all the boxes" in terms of putting together an incredible adventure. We are seasoned travelers and pretty comfortable going on our own but partnering with Jacada enabled us to experience the wide variety of culture, activities and stays that Thailand has to offer. Rachel, Cathy and their local teams in Bangkok, Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai helped us really get out and see the country, meet locals, try new things (hiking up a waterfall! biking through rice fields!) and eat amazing food.
The different hotels Jacada arranged were special, each unique in its own way; the tour guides/drivers they work with were helpful and fun; the activities were both well-planned and well-orchestrated.

Our experience was great because we went to places in Galapagos that showed the best examples of wild life and landscape and seascapes.

My husband and I used Jacada's service for our 2 week honeymoon around Japan. I usually don't write reviews, but I could not help but to sing the praises of this company to a wider audience. Jacada was beyond helpful, attentive, and organized. From when we landed in Tokyo until we were dropped at the same airport 2 weeks after, we were treated like royalty and never felt the stress normally paired with travel to another continent with a language you don't speak. Perhaps the biggest credit I can give Jacada is that they made sure I, in Japan with a seafood allergy, never went without a meal. We will certainly be using Jacada again for other trips of a lifetime.
Keith and Jessica designed a magnificent private tour for us in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Singapore. Every detail was taken care of. We chose to return with Jacada after they designed our safari which was perfect in all regards.
