Arrive into Nadi on Fiji’s main island before being whisked in style by helicopter to the intimate Royal Davui for five nights. Set on its own secluded island in the pristine Beqa Lagoon, you’ll spend your nights in a sumptuous villa looking out to sea and your days doing as much or little as you like. Snorkel on the protected reefs that surround the resort, picnic on a private sand cay, indulge at the spa or spot passing dolphins and turtles from your private plunge pool.
Then take a seaplane out to Malolo, one of the Mamanuca Islands, for a final three nights at Likuliku Lagoon Resort, perched on the edge of a reef in one of its incredible over-water bungalows, the only such accommodation in Fiji. Once again, choose to be as active as you feel, perhaps experiencing the local culture on village visits and hikes inland, or soak up the sun on the beach.

Overview
Located on Fiji’s Beqa Lagoon, Royal Davui is an idyllic island retreat set against a backdrop of white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and fiery sunsets.
16 vales – the Fijian word for home – are nestled among the tropical gardens, each one looking out across the ocean. The decor is stylish and modern but within the vales, there’s an air of tradition with thatched roofs and wooden frames. Each one features a sundeck with a private heated plunge pool from where you can relax and spot dolphins and turtles moving through the lagoon.
At the heart of the resort is a magnificent Pacific banyan tree which pushes its way up through the Banyan Restaurant. Here, you can enjoy fresh seafood, tropical flavours and relaxed dining – or you can choose to enjoy your meal on your private deck or at a number of secluded spots around the island. Ingredients are sourced locally and the fish used in dishes are line-caught.
The reef surrounding the island is protected and no fishing is allowed within one mile, resulting in waters incredibly rich in marine life. Exploring this underwater world is a highlight of a stay at Royal Davui and guests can swim, snorkel, dive or kayak through the pristine waters.
There’s a strong eco focus and the resort was designed to exist in harmony with the natural environment. During construction, vales were built in locations which eliminated the need to cut down ancient trees. All the timber was purchased from sustainable plantation stock and wastewater is treated and converted into usable garden water.

Spend your days relaxing on this idyllic private island and exploring at your own pace. The surrounding reef is protected and no fishing is allowed within one mile, resulting in waters incredibly rich in marine life. Exploring this underwater world is a highlight of a stay at Royal Davui and guests can swim, snorkel, dive or kayak through the pristine waters. There’s also a PADI Dive Centre if you want to spend more time underwater.
One of the most popular ways to spend an afternoon here is a private on a sand cay a short boat trip away, plus there’s the spa for further indulgence and a range of cultural activities such as visits to neighbouring villages, cooking classes, touch rugby and more.

Overview
Likuliku means ‘calm waters’ in the Malolo dialect, and this retreat in the Mananuca Islands is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Historically the lagoon provided a safe harbour for war canoes during rough weather, but today it is a refuge for those seeking the ultimate island getaway. There are 45 bures built using natural materials with traditional Fijian design touches such as hand-woven coconut husk artwork and palm internal thatching.
35 of the bures have direct access to the beach, 18 of which also feature a plunge pool. These beachfront bures have day beds, a private courtyard and outdoor shower. For something really special, there are ten over-water bures which sit above the sparkling waters of the South Pacific.
Dishes at the al-fresco restaurant are fresh, clean and creative with a focus on local seafood and tropical fruits. You can choose to dine at the beachside decks beneath the restaurant for something more intimate or enjoy a romantic picnic on the beach. All meals are included with your stay.
You are surrounded by pristine waters and you can swim, snorkel and dive to your heart’s content. There is also the option to fish, visit the local villages, go island hopping, take a dip in the pool, or relax in the Tatadra Spa, which fitingly translates as ‘house of dreams’.

Three nights at Likuliku Lagoon Resort
Laze on your daybed, snorkel the azure, crystal clear waters of Likuliku Lagoon, visit the Sacred Sites, be pampered from head to toe or feel the rush as you jet ski to a deserted island.
There’s daily-changing schedule of activities, including complimentary non-motorized watersports such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing and wind surfing, plus snorkelling equipment to borrow. You can also fish, hike the island’s interior, visit villages, experience a traditional Fijian church service on Sundays, take boat trips to nearby islands, attain a PADI qualification at the Dive Centre and more.
