The Hotel Georgia is the city’s – and perhaps Canada’s – most legendary hotel. Built at the height of the roaring ‘20s, the hotel has since hosted British royalty, rock stars and Hollywood icons. When Katharine Hepburn strode into the hotel’s lobby for the first time in 1950, she handed the manager her list of requirements and, in doing so, introduced late-night room service at the Hotel Georgia.
After meticulous renovations, its 313 rooms reduced to 156, and the installation of the most luxurious furnishings and latest technology, the hotel reopened in 2011 as the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. The building along with many portions of the interior are designated as a protected heritage property by the City of Vancouver and its charm and grandeur remaining fully intact. The hotel’s premier accommodation, The Lord Stanley Suite and The Rosewood Suite, both feature a private rooftop terrace with stunning city skyline views, plunge pool and private garden.
Dining options range from finery of the Hawksworth Restaurant, to relaxed al fresco fare at Reflections and lighter bites and cocktails at the Bel Café. The bar, Prohibition, invokes the spirit and spirits of the 1920’s, when the city became host to glamorous nights out for those from south of the border. The hotel also features the only Forbes 5-star spa in Canada, a fitness centre and saltwater lap pool.

Whatever you want your luxury tour or safari itinerary to include, we’ll create something fully bespoke for you… and only you.
