One of Havana's most luxurious and historic hotels
- 96 rooms and suites
- Two restaurants
- Three bars
- Rooftop swimming pool
When it first opened 1933, Hotel Saratoga quickly became a favourite haunt of writers, artists and socialites, who came to listen to performances from some of the city’s most talented musicians.
Behind its original façade The Saratoga has been lovingly restored into a modern luxury hotel, maintaining the character and charm of old Havana. High ceilings, a sweeping staircase and marble flooring greet guests on arrival and the rooms and suites themselves are simple and elegant with mahogany furniture and Cuban ceramic tiles.
The hotel overlooks the grand Capitol building, the former seat of the Cuban governments, and Fraternity Park. Magnificent views across the city can be enjoyed from some of the suites, as well as from the rooftop pool and terrace.
The Saratoga features two restaurants. The Anacaona, named after the legendary all-female Cuban orchestra who used to play at the hotel, is a sophisticated space decorated in Andalusian style. The Mirador Saratoga is located on the rooftop terraces and is a great place to enjoy grilled meat and fish while overlooking the skyline.
