Ca’s Xorc

Nestled between the towns of Soller and Deia in the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains, lies Ca’s Xorc. The hotel sits on the site of a former olive mill built in 1790 and is surrounded by olive groves and lemon trees.

Each of the 15 rooms are individually decorated with traditional tiled floors and windows that look out over the Soller Valley or the hotel’s pretty gardens. There are also two cottages within the grounds, which come with private gardens.

Organic, seasonal and local produce is used to create traditional Mallorcan dishes which can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the atmospheric former olive press room. Wander through the fragrant gardens and take a dip in the outdoor infinity pool that looks out to the mighty mountains.

The area is an outdoor lover’s dream with plenty of hiking and cycling nearby. If you’d rather just relax, then there are few finer places to sit back with a drink and admire the views.
