Beautifully located on the shores of Loch Linnhe, just south of Glencoe and Fort William, this remote former ferry inn has been converted into a charming boutique hotel and restaurant.
11 individually styled rooms blur the line between British boutique and country house, with some enjoying loch views and the largest, room five, featuring a separate living room.
Downstairs you’ll find a whisky bar and two lounges warmed by log fires. There’s also a garden offering beautiful views whilst enjoying lunch, drinks or perhaps afternoon tea. A stay here includes a dinner at the award-winning restaurant which serves the finest Scottish seafood that the west coast has to offer, together with local meat such as venison and beef.
The Airds Hotel is a great base from which to explore this corner of the Highlands. The rugged mountains of Glencoe are close by, while the Inner Hebridean Islands such as Mull and Skye can be visited on day trips, and the Isle Lismore, which is directly opposite to the hotel, is just a five-minute ferry journey away. Boat trips and guided walks can be arranged, as can horse rides, mountain biking and more leisurely cycling trips.
Whatever you want your luxury tour or safari itinerary to include, we’ll create something fully bespoke for you… and only you.
