Cavanera Etnea

Surrounded by century old vineyards on the rich volcanic northern slopes of Mount Etna, Cavanera Etnea is an authentic estate with generations of heritage.

The old main house has been restored to its former splendour with unique features such as the old wooden wine press sitting alongside contrastingly modern additions such as the bar.

There are just eleven spacious rooms, simple, elegant, and all looking out over acres of vines.

There is also a wine room in which to get a taste for the terroir – a main activity here – breakfast room and gym. Excursions up the snow-capped volcano can also be arranged as can tours to nearby historical and cultural highlights.
