Dreamed up by the internationally renowned Italian architect, Michele Bonan, this winsome sanctuary, looking out across the Neckar River, was designed to reflect the period of romanticism and classism. With a soothing, white façade, setting a most sophisticated atmosphere, the interior adds rich tones and plush furnishings, particularly within the communal spaces.

Facing the castle and the atmospheric old town, the polished, light-filled suites with elegant decor and fully-furnished kitchenettes, include ivory-tiled bathrooms and expansive bathtubs. Several of the suites offer private balconies and terraces, and sitting areas, with comfortable armchairs and fireplaces while upgraded suites feature roof terraces and Jacuzzis.

Dining at this boutique is a unique experience given that the restaurant is positioned in a boat, floating on the river. Mediterranean dishes can be enjoyed while taking in the surrounding scenes of Heidelberg. Accompanied by the soothing movements of the water, guests can watch the sunset from the bar on the deck.
