Unguja Lodge

This intimate lodge is a little piece of paradise located on the shores of the serenely beautiful Indian Ocean. Each of the charming, rustic thatched eco villas are designed with local organic materials and in harmony with the natural environment.

There are a total of three categories to choose from – 7 Sea View, 3 Baobab Villas and 2 Family Houses. All the Sea View Villas and the Family Houses have a private terrace with a fantastic vista of the Menai Bay. For those wanting to experience a little seclusion and serenity, the Baobab villa rooms are located in the garden, slightly away from it all.

The warm and friendly owners, Ralph and Elies, have chosen one of the most tranquil environments, away from Zanzibar’s busy tourist beaches, creating one of the most relaxing locations to enjoy the colourful and tropical marine wildlife.
