The trip that you arranged for our honeymoon was absolutely brilliant ... So all in all, I am sure you can tell from me going on so much, we had an amazing trip. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who was interested in travel to the areas that you cover.

We had an AMAZING time in Brazil! Everything turned out beautifully and we absolutely loved Buzios, the Amazon, and Rio. This trip was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Excellent hotels, drivers, guides, etc. Two staff members who stood out in particular were: 1) Ricardo, who drove us from Buzios back to Rio on the evening of Tuesday, December 23 (he was subbing for Marcel, who had another commitment), and 2) Silvio, our primary guide at the Anavilhanas Lodge in the Amazon. We learned so much about the culture, people, history, and environment of Brazil from these two very knowledgeable and well-spoken men. The only slight downside of the trip was the food in the Amazon, which was not the most flavourful. Everywhere else, we really enjoyed the food and tried a lot of your recommendations in Buzios (LOVED Bar do Ze) and Rio (REALLY LOVED Carlota and Sushi Leblon). Also in Buzios, the crepe place, Chez Michou, was quite yummy.

We had an amazing time in Argentina - thanks again for all of your help in arranging the trip!! We were very pleasantly suprised at having a driver and a guide pick us up and drop us off at every stage of the trip - it really made things very easy for us regarding check ins and such.
All drivers were courteous and safe (big plus in Argentina!) Transfer agent who handled us in Buenos Aires (called Matthias) was very friendly and helpful, even walked us to our gates at the airport and insisted on wheeling suitcases for us...very nice guy. Very pleased with Jacada's organisation of our trip - can't really find fault with anything.
The service that I received was excellent and I thought that your rep was very patient as I started the enquiry last November and we did not finalise until January as I changed my mind several times. I would also like to add my thanks to your staff for going beyond the call of duty to cater for a really odd request from myself during my stay in Brazil. Even when I had left the UK they still carried on until they had arranged an ad in the local press at Natal and informed me of my options in Buzios. In all the service we received from Jacada was excellent and I would certainly use your services again and recommend you to others.
We also appreciated very much all of the support from the local guides. Annabel in BA was diligent and gave us 'local' advice that never features in the guide books. Otto in Iguazu was brilliant, helping us with our trip to the Brazilian side and making sure that our flight to Mendoza was hassle free by ensuring our bags had the right labels so that there transit was as easy as our own.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for organising the trip to the Pantanal and the Costa Verde, I can safely say that this was the trip of a lifetime. All the people we met were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable
We had the most amazing trip, & all 5 of us LOVED Argentina (our first trip). Jacada did a great job with our arrangements. We got in touch with them very soon after we returned to rave about the trip and sing their praises.

I advised both, the format we'd like for the trip and the itinerary we'd like to follow and not only did Jacada put it together perfectly, the bottom line, air fare included was 1/3-1/2 less than the other agency. While it was not cheap, don't get me wrong, it was worth every cent. We loved it there and are hoping to return some day

The trip was wonderful we really enjoyed it, The Fasano is beautiful and Marcello is a really cool guy, I would recommend you use him for as many customers as possible

I'd just like to thank you personally for arranging such a great trip for us. it was absolutely amazing! we loved argentina and have been talking about it ever since we got back. we took soooo many photos!!

All of our three guides, (Cielo, Cecilia and Marta) and our drivers, (especially Carlos in Mendoza) were brilliant. They were friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and all slightly mad!
One of the highlights of our stay in BA was a trip to a Milonga. This would not be to everyone's taste as there was no tango 'show' but we had a great time watching all the locals. (We have Argentinian Tango lessons here on the UK and have seen a tango show before, and what we really wanted was a more authentic experience , which we got at the Milonga.) We also had some great meals at restaurants recommended by the hotel staff and in our Jacada guide book

Thank you so much for organising such an amazing holiday! Everything was absolutely perfect The Pantanal was fantastic - wonderful location, wonderful people - the best part of the entire holiday. The transfers were excellent as were the guides, especially our guide in Rio. I'll certainly be recommending you, and will definitely book with you again if we travel again to South America

We had a great time and everything went without a hitch!! The guides were terrific especially in B.A.,Matthius!! Everyone was excellent at the airports and the soccer game was really fun!!

We had a absolute wonderful time. Thank you so much. Everything ran like clockwork and our guides were welcoming, informative and punctual. The "futbol" was so entertaining I think we got the best match of the week 5 - 1 to Lanus (v Independiante) - the fans are mad aren't they! Loved it. The hand gliding was the best thing we have ever done, it was scary to throw yourself off a mountain (considering that I am so afraid of heights), but when you were airborne it was wonderful. We each have a dvd of our individual flights.
When I have more time I plan to write to you to tell you all that we have done and throw in a few photos.

Thank you for putting together our honeymoon trip last October - we had a truly amazing time and stayed in some fantastic places - everyone on the ground was incredibly helpful and we were made very welcome.
For us the trip was terrific! Everything went smoothly and our grandson could not have been more excited. We had fine food everywhere and the hotel Alvear in Buenos Aires was certainly first rate. We had fine weather except for our first day in Buenos Aires when it rained the whole day. After that weather was fine. Torres del Paine was wonderful and Jonah and I must have taken 4 thousand pictures between us.
The Brazil trip was so well organized and smooth. Thank you. The people at the lodge were very nice. Iguassu was smashing, so was Fasano, and the long driving day along the Costa Verde we did to Paraty, great coast
