A sleepy beachfront town on the Southern Coast of Belize, Placencia is a place to relax, enjoying the long beaches offshore snorkelling and diving. Though more development is happening here Placencia still retains a very laid back vibe and is a great place to relax. Boat trips can be taken to explore the corals and cayes further out into the sea.
