Set in the North Eastern Province of Salta, Cafayate is the Mendoza wine region's lesser known cousin. This area of the the country produces some fantastic wines and is a wonderful, more rural experience than Mendoza and is becoming known as the Tuscany of Argentina, a hidden gem of a location for an altogether more relaxed way of life.
