Owned by its sister hotel of the same name in Cartagena, La Passion is more of a private beach villa than a hotel on Islas del Rosario’s Baru Island.

The house enjoys a rare private beach, pool and restaurant service, and its décor is simplistic but elegant, all in all making for a luxury, secluded and very intimate stay here on Baru. Its three bedrooms, one master and two doubles, are designed in an open plan manner with walls of folding shutters, beige-washed walls, fine linen dressed beds and en suite bathrooms.

Taking around 45 minutes by boat from Cartagena, Baru is a lovely island escape for a couple of days.
