The Park Hyatt Mendoza is the most luxurious and fully equipped hotel in the wine region. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with contemporary design. Beds are king size and the marble bathrooms are huge.

The hotel has a beautiful heated pool in the centre and a first class spa facility. The hotel is also home to Bistro M, perhaps the best restaurant in the Mendoza region.

Unlike the Mendoza wine lodges listed in our portfolio, the Park Hyatt is located in the city of Mendoza itself, and therefore lacks the rural tranquility that the others have. However, if it's first class service and infrastructure that you are looking for instead of rustic charm and character, this is the place to be.
