This charming pousada is set in amongst the palms on one of the few hills of the island meaning that amazing views are offered out across the beach and sea from all the rooms. It does mean some steep steps to get to the hotel but the reward of the views is worth it.

Accommodation is in 9 comfortable private bungalows, decorated in a rustic style with traditional local crafts as well as some modern comforts. Rooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions, dvd player and king size beds. The master bungalow also has a jacuzzi with views out across the bay. All bungalows have a private veranda (complete with hammock) to relax and enjoy the wonderful views.

Other facilities include a pleasant pool area, viewing tower (with even more impressive views out across the island), massage room and a good restaurant.
