Set in the beautiful wildlife reserve of Huilo Huilo, the Baobab hotel is a unique hotel and feels very much part of the forest with its wooden construction designed in the shape of a tree and with a large native tree in the centre of its circular structure. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with pleasant views out through the forest. Decoration is a mixture of the modern and rustic with abundant use of natural materials.

The Huilo Huilo reserve itself is protected and is one of the most biodiverse habitats of its kind in the world. The reserve includes snowcapped mountains, forest, streams, waterfalls and lakes. Activities in the area include: kayaking, trekking, mountain biking, horseriding, canopy tours, fly fishing, rafting, boat trips skiing and snowboarding.
