The most comfortable option in Cafayate, this is a very pleasant hotel set in wonderful gardens. The hotel is built very much in the colonial style with whitewashed outdoor walls. Inside the communal areas and rooms are tradionally decorated with plush furnishings and antique furniture. For a hotel of this size and standing the service can be a little sporadic, but this is made up for by the location and facilities available. The hotel has a large outdoor pool, a complete wine spa and beautiful gardens.
