Set in 200 acres of land this is an intimate and authentic experience, with just 6 rooms in beautiful grounds laid out in the 1850s. Although more recently refurbished to be a hotel (in 2004) the rooms are decorated in a very traditional style with 19th century antiques and period style linens and fittings.

Unlike many of the larger more touristy Estancias close to Buenos Aires, Candelaria del Monte has excellent personalised activities including: horse riding, taking part in the traditional gaucho lifestyle, wine tasting or simply relaxing by the pool. The food is excellent traditional fare with most ingredients grown and reared on the Estate.
